Our Zero3 Aqueous Ozone System was designed with advanced water technology. ECS, Environmental Compliance Systems manufactures other industrial water filter products, environmental pollution prevention & remediation products, storm water pollution products and ozone water products for different industries. We have been in business since 1998.

Our dogs were frequently skunked. It was a chore to clean and de-odorize them, plus time consuming. We used organic OTC pet store, drug store & grocery store products. We decided to try our ECS Aqueous Ozone machine on the sprayed dog and the smell was neutralized in seconds once it was thoroughly wetted with Zero3.

This was during the coronavirus years when we discovered the de-skunker machine. Problem was this machine was so large it costed over $750.00 for shipping.

It took us 3 years to develop it in a smaller footprint without sacrificing oxidation properties. It is now only about 20 lbs., consumes low energy (5 amps). With a one man user friendly operation.
